Career Opportunity

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a range of duties at the Lethbridge location. The performance of these duties must ensure a high-quality service approach to all employees, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Conduct daily inventory counts by warehouse section
  • Assemble orders for delivery, ensuring proper documentation and stacking
  • Maintain receiving equipment, areas, coolers, and storage facilities in a safe, clean, and organized manner
  • Comply with all health and safety standards and procedures, particularly regarding equipment use and customer safety

Requirements

  • Fall Arrest and Order Picker ticket required
  • Accurately pick orders and receive using a scanner system, with the ability to train new employees on the scanning system
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
