Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Casual Pilot Truck Operator to support our dynamic operations. In this role, you will be tasked with maneuvering pilot vehicles to assist in the transportation of equipment. Collaborating closely with the driver of oversized vehicles, your primary responsibility will be to ensure safe delivery of loads to their designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate pilot trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with oversized vehicle drivers to facilitate smooth transportation processes.
  • Adapt to varying work hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Be available for short-notice assignments to meet operational demands.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Logbook Devices is advantageous.
  • Minimum educational requirement of Grade 12 or equivalent, along with a valid driver's license.
  • Possession of a 1A Driver's License and experience with heavy and oversized vehicles is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods, including potential overnight trips.
