Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage inventory, maintain records, and prepare reports as required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a physically demanding environment
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position
