Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hare Foods Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Establish and manage work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
