The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:

  • City of Calgary Bylaw, Development/Building Permit applications and National Building Code standards
  • Residential architecture/construction
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Resourcefulness, attention to detail, professionalism, productivity, and efficiency

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and submission of City of Calgary Development Permit and Building Permit application sets
  • Preparation of detailed contract drawing sets, including floor plans, exterior elevations, interior details, and specifications
  • Upkeep of detailed working construction drawings, including floor plans, exterior elevations, interior details, and specifications
