Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Aspira Island Park Retirement Living. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our community and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to attract new residents and promote our community.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including events and campaigns, to engage with potential residents and their families.
  • Manage all sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Deliver sales training and coaching to our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to teach others.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Presentation of a professional image at all times and ability to represent our community.
  • Good computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM.
  • Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check (applicable to Ontario applicants) and a Criminal Records Check (applicable to British Columbia applicants).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
