As a Sales Advisor at Aspira Island Park Retirement Living, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our residents and fostering a sense of community. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and providing exceptional sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community marketing plans to drive sales growth and resident engagement
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including events and campaigns, to showcase our community's unique offerings
  • Provide exceptional sales support, including lead management, documentation, and reporting
  • Build and maintain key relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies
  • Deliver sales training and coaching to our Retirement Residence Team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to teach others
  • Able to accommodate evening and weekend work
  • Presents a professional image at all times and represents our community with pride
  • Good computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM
  • Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check (Ontario applicants) or Criminal Records Check (British Columbia applicants)
