Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Maani Phone Shop. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new sales staff, or arrange for their training.
- Teach interest or professional development courses to sales staff.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
- Plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for our retail spaces.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales staff are working effectively.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory and ensure that it is accurately recorded.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Efficient and organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
