Key Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives in the electrical poleline hardware industry.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Infor Birst or Microsoft Power BI, providing stakeholders with intuitive visualizations for data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, and external APIs, to create a unified and comprehensive view of business performance and operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, proactively identifying anomalies or areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to optimize processes and achieve business goals.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future trends, demand, and customer behavior, supporting strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards, ensuring proficiency and enabling self-service access to data for informed decision-making across departments.
- Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Extensive experience with BI tools such as Infor Birst or Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.

- Familiarity with statistical techniques and predictive modeling for forecasting and trend analysis.
