We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Happy Motel.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Coordinate work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient use of staff time.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
