Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities at Happy Motel. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant and hygienic environment during their stay.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The position is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, where you will be an integral part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
  • Supervise and manage the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaning staff in their daily tasks as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the housekeeping team
