Job Title: Manager, IT Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, IT Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our iA Auto- Dealer Services sector as they undergo a major digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic Solutions and services to four business units of Dealer Services units (iA Auto Finance, Lubrico, and Dealer Services)
  • Set the mission, vision, and strategic plan for the sector and ensure that all projects have the necessary resources to be successfully executed
  • Provide overall planning, monitoring, and strategizing the direction of proposed solutions and services
  • Develop new strategies to improve products or processes
  • Participate and recommend the implementation of innovative solutions utilizing AI
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, combining experience in management and IT
  • Expertise and knowledge of tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions (Software development cycle, DevOps, Agile SAFe, and Lean Methodologies, etc)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Advanced French (Spoken and written)
  • Advanced level of English as the person will be in charge of managing a unilingual English-speaking team based in Toronto and Vancouver, on a daily basis
