As a key player at On Side Restoration, the Regional Operations Manager is tasked with delivering exceptional leadership and guidance to local branch operations and project management teams. The primary goal is to enhance profitability while ensuring top-notch customer service for both insurance and commercial clients. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee and support their teams across all facets of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Establishing expectations for outstanding customer service interactions by team members. Providing robust support to Branch and Project Managers to meet sales objectives, revenue goals, and gross margin targets. Guiding Project Managers and Operations Managers in workforce planning and resource allocation. Fostering a culture centered on safety, inclusivity, and profitability. Collaborating with the District Director/Regional Vice President to: Prepare, forecast, analyze, and report on financial performance for the territory; Create annual budgets and monitor results to meet P&L expectations; Conduct monthly operational reviews of financial statements and accounts receivable targets; Forecast monthly to identify significant deviations from budgeted revenue or cost goals; Provide oversight and review of expenses to ensure alignment with territory objectives and guidelines. Managing relationships at all levels within the organization.Qualifications:
