Position OverviewAs a Lead People Analytics Consultant within our Human Resources division, you will:
- Drive Projects: Spearhead initiatives focused on the preparation and analysis of HR data, including the design and creation of reports, dashboards, and data consolidation.
- Identify Challenges: Proactively uncover people-related challenges that necessitate deeper analysis. Formulate critical questions to define business issues, establish metrics, and derive insights from both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
- Develop Solutions: Create self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions tailored for Business Leaders and HR.
- Document Processes: Maintain clear definitions for data domains, analyze discrepancies, and map workflows and agile processes for stakeholders.
- Build Models: Provide relational data models and develop dashboard reports using platforms such as Workday and Power BI.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the HRIS and Technology & Digital strategy teams to implement new HR digital solutions that enhance value for our business and HR functions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional analytical and technical capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of robust relationships with both internal and external partners.
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- A diploma in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- Certification or experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Knowledge of data ETL processes, data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Proven project management expertise.
- Experience in organizational development initiatives.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, with the ability to synthesize and present information effectively for executive audiences.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Fluency in English and French, with frequent interactions in both languages.
