We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
