  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times, and promoting a culture of safety and well-being among team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Powder Coat Technician or similar role in an industrial setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven ability as a critical thinker and problem solver, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, materials, and equipment, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings, with a strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy parts, and ability to stand for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Certification or training in powder coating operations is preferred, but not required.
