We are seeking a highly skilled QA Tester 3 to design, implement, and execute testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, and implement detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex applications or features.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test requirements.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software/hardware meets functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead the development of automated test suites using tools like Selenium, JUnit, Python, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects in bug-tracking systems.
  • Act as a quality advocate, ensuring that proper QA processes are followed throughout the SDLC.
  • Lead and mentor junior QA, offering guidance on testing best practices and improving test coverage.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, recommending improvements to testing processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields.
  • Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, JUnit, TestNG, or others preferred but not required.
  • Strong experience in both functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security testing.
  • Knowledge of networking principles like IP, SIP, VOIP helpful.
  • Experience troubleshooting or installing multi-line phones like Cisco, Avaya, or Mitel.
  • Familiarity with software testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing integration into build systems.
  • Leadership capabilities, especially in guiding junior QA and driving test initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing in cloud environments.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban.
  • ISTQB or similar QA certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
