About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at BC Burger Company Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe for staff and customers.
  • Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
