About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Bold Butchery & Grill. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week are typical for this role.
