Position Overview

Join HEART & HUSTLE CLEANING SERVICES INC. as a dedicated Custodian. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a pristine appearance.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
  • Waste Management: Regularly empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain cleanliness.
  • Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to uphold a high standard of hygiene.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the facility.
  • Minor Repairs: Conduct minor repairs on appliances as needed.
  • Furniture Management: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to facilitate cleaning and organization.
  • Landscaping: Water and care for plants, lawns, and gardens to enhance the outdoor environment.
  • Restroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a sanitary space.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
