Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a Client Service Associate, you will provide dedicated administrative support to our Investment Advisors and teams, ensuring seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and update documentation for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create reports for analysis of client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate with clients to provide guidance on products and services, and identify referral opportunities.
- Accept and create leads, ensuring correct referral coding and administration.
- Submit marketing materials for approval, compile client information packages, and maintain marketing materials.
- Familiarize and adhere to compliance requirements, including new and existing account documentation and marketing materials.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver a high level of client satisfaction, prioritizing and handling own work with discretion.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of risk management.
- Use insights to continually improve individual and team performance for clients.
- Participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge and keeping others informed and up to date on status and progress.
- Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
- Licensed with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as an Investment Representative or Registered Representative.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.
