We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Underwriter to join our dynamic team at Trisura Group. As a key member of our Professional Solutions team, you will be responsible for underwriting and marketing our suite of specialty insurance products, including Professional Liability, Technology Liability, Cyber Liability, Media Liability, and Business Office Package policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Trisura Group in Vancouver and develop strong relationships with brokers, clients, consultants, lawyers, and other industry professionals.
  • Market and source new business opportunities, and manage and build a portfolio of specialty insurance accounts.
  • Evaluate exposures and determine appropriate terms and conditions of coverage.
  • Learn new product lines and coverages as they are developed, and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant industry trends and their impact on products offered.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in business, marketing, sales, or insurance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work within a team environment.
