Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain a secure and organized filing system, both physical and digital
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for team members as needed
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and standards
Work Environment

Requirements
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field
