We're seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge financial systems that fuel Amazon's growth. As a key member of our eCS organization, you'll work closely with Retail Systems, Marketplace Systems, Digital Systems, Web services, Financial systems, and operations teams to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
- Communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements and describe software product features
- Recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness
