This position entails strategizing and supervising environmental evaluations and remediation efforts for oil and gas locations in Northern Canada. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Draft Health and Safety protocols and Emergency response strategies
  • Prepare project proposals, cost assessments, and detailed reports
  • Oversee project financials and reporting processes
  • Guide junior staff in environmental methodologies
  • Communicate with clients to guarantee project effectiveness
  • Assist colleagues in achieving project milestones and enhancing client satisfaction
  • Participate actively in field operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or natural/earth sciences
  • At least 10 years of experience in contaminated site evaluations
  • Experience in northern regions is advantageous
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Professional certification is beneficial
