Job Summary:

Parsons is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our Critical Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inter-disciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories to deliver high-quality environmental site assessments and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate environmental site assessments and remediation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design and project management of contaminated sites and remediation projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and provincial environmental laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in earth or environmental sciences, environmental/chemical/geological engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental consulting with a strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality environmental site assessments and remediation projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional designation as a geologist, engineer, biologist, or agrologist.
  • Experience working on contaminated sites projects with consulting values over $100,000.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS and EQuIS software applications.
