About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at KUSHI CANNABIS. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean the Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • Verify Customer Age: Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility and team player.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
