Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new pastry and baked goods menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Production and Quality Control: Oversee the production of all pastry and baked goods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor our pastry team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to our pastry and baked goods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
