We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ATCO Structures. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental sales and logistics for our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Equipment Availability: Respond to routine requests from the sales team on equipment availability for pending rentals.
- Quote Preparation: Assist the Territorial Sales Manager in preparing quotes, liaising with clients, and managing other in-house projects.
- Sales and Logistics Coordination: Price and prepare rental and sales quotes, maintain sales paperwork and leads in Sales Force, and assist in coordinating the transportation of our fleet.
- Fleet Management: Maintain a fleet availability list for all units in the regional space rentals and workforce housing fleet, including floor plans, specifications, and costing information.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of all ATCO products, including current market pricing to ensure a profitable and competitive position.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, drawing registers, fleet/product lists, and compliance changes.
- Administrative Support: Manage other office administrative activities such as reporting, scheduling meetings, and preparing quotes for customers.
- Strong Background: Strong background in construction sales, the rental industry, and customer service.
- Experience: 2-5 years' experience in sales and administrative capacity.
- Technical Knowledge: Passionate about the technical and sales side of modular units.
- Relationship-Building: Go-getter with good relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, looking to accept and create new positive challenges, proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Personal Growth: Is self-aware and seeks feedback to support personal growth.
