About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead, Security Engineering to join our team at Themis Solutions Inc. As a key member of our Security Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of our security solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Collaborate with our development and production engineering teams to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain our security architecture, ensuring it is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to develop secure and reliable software.
  • Work closely with our security team to identify and address security incidents, ensuring our systems and data are protected.
  • Develop and maintain our security policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, ensuring our security solutions are always up-to-date and effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security engineering and development, with a strong background in cloud security and compliance.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, with the ability to develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
