- Operate Power Equipment: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete efficiently and effectively.
- Level and Align Surfaces: Level concrete surfaces accurately based on grade requirements, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Work at Heights: Work safely at heights using scaffolding or swing stages, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Use Hand and Power Tools: Use hand and power tools to achieve desired concrete finishes, including installing fixtures and components as needed.
- Apply Treatments and Repairs: Apply treatments to cure and protect concrete surfaces, and repair and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on quality and safety.
- Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with the ability to train and develop skills in the trade.
- Language Requirement: English language proficiency is required.
- Work Schedule: 38 hours per week, with a permanent position available.
