Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience
    • Listen to customer feedback and communicate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities to improve customer service
  • Sales Performance
    • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the store
    • Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
    • Develop the sales skills of team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Store Operations
    • Assist with merchandise presentation and regular housekeeping duties
    • Perform operational activities such as receiving stock, processing transfers, and other administrative duties

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retail Assistant Manager in a service-related or retail organization
  • Education
    • High School Diploma
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills
