Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of building facilities, including hallways, floors, stairs, and common areas.
    • Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Operate and maintain industrial vacuum cleaners, cleaning equipment, and other machinery.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and equipment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, highlighting the features and amenities of our properties.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Balance rent rolls, manage rent payments, and perform other administrative tasks related to property management.
    • Advertise vacancies and coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
