We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide to join our team at Earth Angels South Shore Inc. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and other errands, ensuring their basic needs are met.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor clients' health and safety, reporting any concerns or changes to our team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
