Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide to join our team at Earth Angels South Shore Inc. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy living space.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals to clients.
  • Cook and prepare meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
  • Reference required.
  • Bondable.
  • Driver's validity licence check and driving record check (abstract).
Work Environment:

As a Personal Care Aide, you will work in various locations, including clients' homes, and may be required to travel to different locations. You will work independently, but as part of a team, to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
