We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Proofreader to join our team at Digital Shift. As a Content Proofreader, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our clients' web pages, articles, posts, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and refine written content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and style alignment
  • Fact-check content to verify names, dates, and information
  • Collaborate with the Content and SEO teams to meet client objectives
  • Ensure proper keyword usage and natural integration of target phrases
  • Liaise with clients and send content for feedback and approval
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in content writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Superior editing and proofreading skills to maintain consistency in language, style, and formatting
  • Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines

This is a remote position, and we're looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines while being responsive and connected using project management and team tools.
