We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at TruNorth Composites Inc. in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the assembly line, ensuring productivity and product quality, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet production demands
- Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Ensure the safety of operations and maintain a safe working environment
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of 3-4 team members
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a related field is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
