Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians in filling prescriptions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve goals and objectives, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy experience an asset.
  • Proficiency in Kroll Pharmacy software and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) essential.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
