Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in filling prescriptions and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter, scan, and process prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software.
- Maintain accurate data in pharmacy files and computer drives.
- Verify that customers receive the correct prescription(s) and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment and perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
- Perform other duties and tasks as required by the pharmacy team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy experience an asset.
- Proficiency in Kroll Pharmacy software and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) an asset.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
