    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to resolve issues and improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with staff and management.
