Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HRIS Administrator for payroll and benefits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data.
  • Manage the HRIS system by maintaining employee records, generating reports, and addressing various HR inquiries and audits.
  • Design and implement the New Hire Orientation Process, including scheduling, training materials, and onboarding agendas.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for hourly positions and facilitate exit interviews.
  • Provide support for corporate and mill projects as assigned, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Foster a culture of respect and motivation among team members to enhance individual and collective performance.
  • Develop and execute programs that align with mill and team objectives.

  • Track and resolve payroll discrepancies through effective communication with payroll resources, ensuring accurate management of pay.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
