Maintenance Team Lead

INVISTA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Maitland, Ontario. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals to achieve exceptional results in maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and oversee internal soft trades contractors, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to project timelines.
- Make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and contractor management to meet site objectives efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair techniques for industrial equipment.
- Experience with computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
- Ability to provide directional leadership to contract partners and manage contractual relationships.
