At On Side Restoration, we're looking for a skilled Water Damage Restoration Lead to join our team. As a Water Damage Restoration Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the team in responding to water damage emergencies, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and care.

The Job – Water Damage Restoration Lead

As a Water Damage Restoration Lead, you'll be the point person for our team, responsible for assessing the situation, developing a plan, and executing the restoration process. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide them with clear and concise information about the restoration process.

What you bring:

  • IICRC S-Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification
  • Knowledge of structural drying procedures
  • Ability to perform structural drying assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines
  • Ability to complete multi-unit structural drying assessments
  • Leadership abilities and experience leading a team
  • Experienced with all drying tools (air movers, negative air machines, pressurized drying systems, floor drying systems, dehumidifiers)
  • Organized with a good sense of time – you're rarely late and know where all your tools are
  • Physically fit
  • A safety-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record (we do check)
  • Ability to communicate in English

Past industry experience (although not required) that can translate into success as a Water Damage Restoration Lead includes: Water Damage Manager, lead hand, Water Damage Technician, plumber, janitor, vac truck operator, technician.

Other stuff that will contribute to your success but isn't required:

  • Knowledge of 3D Imaging

Of Note

Disasters can strike at any time, so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after-hours on-call work is a requirement.
