Retail Store Manager

BC Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their job expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, and maintaining a secure and organized cash handling environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
