Retail Store Manager

B. C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the retail operations team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
