Overview

As a Management Trainee Winter Intern with Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic and challenging journey that will equip you with the skills and expertise to excel in a fast-paced business environment. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build valuable business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

During your 12-week commitment, you'll be immersed in a team-based environment where you'll work alongside peers to complete intern projects, engage in friendly competition, and participate in performance incentives and employee referral rewards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring efficient operations
  • Building relationships with customers and coworkers

Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, you must be a senior enrolled full-time in a college or university with a graduation date of May 2025. You should also have a minimum of six months' experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership. Additionally, you must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.

What We Offer
