Overview

As a Management Trainee Winter Intern with Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic and challenging journey that will equip you with the skills and expertise to excel in a fast-paced business environment. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build valuable business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Winter Intern, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing a team of peers to achieve business objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

  • Be a senior enrolled full-time in a college or university with a graduation date of May 2025
  • Have a minimum of six months' experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
  • Be willing to work a 40-hour work week during Winter Break
