Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, the Project Quotation Specialist will report directly to the Business Center Manager and will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Provide timely responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Occasionally negotiate pricing and terms with customers and vendors in alignment with managerial guidelines.
  • Address customer service issues swiftly and ensure follow-up to confirm resolution.
  • Proactively recommend related or alternative products to meet customer requirements.
  • Promote key product offerings to stimulate additional sales opportunities.
  • Communicate customer feedback regarding pricing, products, and services to relevant personnel.
  • Analyze supplier and project reports to identify suitable projects for pursuit by the Business Centre.
  • Identify key customers involved in job quotations, securing their commitment and support from essential suppliers.
  • Compile a comprehensive list of materials required for quotes based on specifications, understanding the importance of documenting any deviations.
  • Gather price quotes from approved vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Organize and prepare accurate and timely quotes, maintaining a history of all data.
  • Ensure competitive pricing while discussing margins with management, incorporating feedback from sales representatives.
  • Deliver quotes to key customers promptly, ensuring they are received before the closing phase.
  • Follow up with customers and sales teams to secure orders at the time of closing.
  • Stay updated on technical knowledge across various product lines and enhance system proficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of experience in the industrial sector or a combination of relevant training and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of electrical products.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
