Electrical Quotations Coordinator

Nedco is seeking a highly skilled Quotations Specialist to join their team in Edmonton, AB.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Resolving customer and supplier disputes in a fair and timely manner
- Reviewing supplier and customer terms and conditions documents to ensure compliance
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive business growth
- Coordinating regular job status update meetings with sales and management teams
- Evaluating job closing losses and identifying areas for improvement
- Obtaining and analyzing quote requests from contractors, sales representatives, and bid depositories
- Overseeing the quotation process from various sources to ensure a complete package for the customer
- Coordinating order placements with manufacturers for quoted material on project orders
- Reviewing and expediting orders according to the stipulated delivery schedule
- Reviewing the schedule of delivery dates to ensure timely completion
- Completing closing sheets on all quoted jobs
Requirements:
- College diploma in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent education and/or experience
- 2-3 years of related experience in the electrical industry
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Project management experience and knowledge of the electrical business
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy and experience in quotations/project coordination
