We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's a/o Dendres Corp. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
